Global Capability Centres · Kerala, India

The 500-seat office is already obsolete.

In the AI era a team of twenty to twenty-five in a Kerala village delivers what a floor of five hundred once did. We build those floors, staff them and hand you the keys.

For enterprises

Ready-built GCC infrastructure, live in weeks.

Secure, fitted delivery floors your team occupies in weeks. Take one centre or many across the network, and keep your client, entity and IP.

THE ENTERPRISE VIEW

The shift

Distributed centres are replacing corporate real estate.

The old model

One tower. Five hundred desks. A city.

A decade-long lease on expensive metro floorspace. Staff who commute an hour each way, get poached in eighteen months and take your process knowledge with them. Capacity you pay for whether the work arrives or not.

The Estarel model

Twenty floors. Twenty villages.

Compact, high-specification centres in the towns where the graduates already live. They walk to work. They stay. You add a centre when demand grows instead of signing for space you hope to fill.

What you get

Four things that are already done before you sign.

01

Built and ready to use

The floor is already built and paid for. You pay to use it, not to build it, and you hold no depreciating asset in a foreign country.

02

No entity, no filings

Each centre is its own private limited company, managed by E-Starel Distribution Private Limited as the Indian company of record. Statutory compliance, GST and TDS sit with us.

03

Hired to your brief

Sourcing, screening and payroll administration run locally against your role profiles. You approve every hire.

04

Weeks, not quarters

The floor exists, so the only lead time is staffing. Indicatively thirty to forty-five days from signature to first shift.

The network

112 centres across 14 districts.

Every centre is built to one specification: fitted workstations, redundant fibre, power continuity, access control, and a training and conference room on the same floor as the work.

Why Kerala

India’s most literate state, and nobody has to move.

100%
Full literacy
English-fluent graduates in every local body, not only in metro tech parks.
Minutes
Walking distance from home
A deep pool of educated people would rather work in their hometown than migrate for a job, so the person you train stays.
Fibre
Village-wide, state-backed
Enterprise bandwidth with redundant links and power backup on a rural floor.
